Wordpress iPhone/iPod Touch App

Andy Peatling of Automattic today announced that the new iPhone/iPod Touch Wordpress App will be available on the iTunes App Store.
So… Guess what?
I’m writing this from my iPod Touch while laying on the couch watching The F Word
It’s (un)surprisingly easy, allows multiple blog setup and… allows photo uploads… Which is really more of [...]

Blogging made simple

If you’ve been looking for a dead simple blogging tool, then Posterous is for you.
All you need do is send an email to post@posterous.com and bam! You’ve got an instant blog.
Now… I must admit that I didn’t believe it could be that simple. It sounded much too good so I decided to test it.

Living in interesting times

I took some time last night to backup my database and site files for Kak Duidelik, a community project I started 3 years ago.
It took a while to complete, so I left it to do it’s thing over night.

I love this area of London. It’s filled with great little boutiques, restaurants and some great pubs.

After a great weekend and what some might say was too much good food & wine, I seem to be paying the price.
I went to bed last night with some stomach cramps and woke up feeling a bit worse for wear this morning.
I hope I can drag my ass out of bed long enough to [...]

SA talent blowing up

Two distinctly different musical genres from Cape Town South Africa.
Stereo Zen play a heady mix of old skool funk riffs & popping basslines layered over some hard hitting drum beats.

Tykoon Suit keep it real in Cape Town with the great mix of 2 MCs and a DJ.

New beginnings

So I’ve tried loads of different blogging tools in the last couple of months and have finally settled on the new Wordpress offering.
I’ve looked at Tumblr, Chyrp and previous versions of Wordpress and all have lacked significantly in regards to a usable interface.
The new Wordpress admin interface is clean, crisp and a pure pleasure to [...]
