I’ve just received my Citizen ECO-DRIVE watch, bought during the Black Friday sales for a fraction of what it usually retails for.
I love the simple, understated design.

Last night's supper: Herbs de Provence Roast...
Yesterday, I thought I’d give Molly Shuster’s Herbs de Provence Roast Chicken recipe (as seen on From Me To You) a go, having never cooked a roast before.
I felt a bit daunted walking out of Sainsbury’s with a whole chicken tucked into my bag after the weekly shop, but I was pleasantly surprised at just how easy it was to cook.

Tonight's dinner: Easy citrus chicken
As the title implies, this is a very easy recipe.
The great thing about it is that you just drop all the ingredients into a casserole dish and pop it into the oven.
We paired it with a simple side dish of baby new potatoes and dressed it with fresh herbs.
